Many fellow Inchers are enjoying the ease-of-use with the Inch Protein shakes. Enjoy these great tips and have a healthy summer!
- Always put the powder into your cup the very last. It will help with the mixing.
- If you are still into a diet with lots of sugar, you can add a splenda to your shake to help with the transition.
- If the mix is too heavy for you at first, you can add 1 ˝ scoops of powder instead of 2 scoops. Also, you can put mostly milk with a bit of water to make it less heavy.
- ICE: Enjoy a cappuccino in the heat – add ice cubes to your blender and enjoy a smoothie like never before.
- FRUIT: Go ahead, throw in whatever you find. Banana, strawberries, blueberries – whatever catches your eye. It will be delicious and filling.
